The Banks family is well known throughout the Bryan / College Station area. A second generation Texas A&M "Aggie" (Class of 1973), his father was Dr. W.C. "Bill" Banks (Class of 1941), a distinguished professor at the University in the Department of Veterinary Medicine. Numerous members of his family have practiced law in Brazos County and the surrounding area for over a century. A grandfather and two uncles inspired Mr. Banks to pursue the legal profession.
